I've also put one together that integrates SharePoint's use into the business policies and processes. In my opinion SharePoint is a strategic resource that will be largely governed and driven by the business-community and not the technical-community. As such it is important for IT to lead the business into a thought process that integrates business and technology planning. I really like your mindmap!
